Live Event Audio Engineer

Since audio is such a regular part of FreGu’s day-to-day life, engineering and tech-ing live events is another area where he finds himself often. You might find him working with live performers/bands/DJ’s at events both from the intimate indoor underground warehouses in downtown Los Angeles to the biggest outdoor festivals, including the likes of: Burning Man – DISTRIKT, EDC, 6AM Group, Desert Hearts, Symbiosis, Lightning in a Bottle, (just to name a few). His expertise spans from spectral balancing, level monitoring, dynamic range, gain staging, psychoacoustics, and many of the ins and outs of what makes a show special because the audience was fully immersed and captivated by the audible experience that accompanied the performance given by the artist(s).
